Only been here a short time, staff are very friendly, caring and supportive. Appointments sometimes take a bit longer 2 or 3 week wait, but its pretty much the same everywhere. Reception team are very friendly, and have gone the extra mile for me a few times which is really appreciated.
Nice doctors surgery
The doctors here have always been helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The front end team however are rude and useless. Even when you explain things to them clearly and multiple of times they still do not understand, and rather than trying to understand they just agree and get it wrong. I am now without medication for 3 weeks because they cannot sort their admin issues. I have left the surgery and gone elsewhere.
Excellent practice, good telephone support if you cannot see a doctor. Very supportive with all issues. I would recommend them.
Patient and family focused surgery. Accessible, return calls, follow up care exemplary. Particular mention of Dr Hussey who has helped our family with a disabled son requiring urgent social care, her kindness and professionalism are second to none.Grateful thanks from all our family.
