From start to finish, this company and everyone that works within it were professional, approachable and responsive. They put down a click type floor throughout my downstairs; kitchen, dining, living, utility, hall and conservatory. The job they did was just fabulous. I needed a little bit of sealing done at a later date, due to a skirting board not being fixed when the floor was laid. I got in touch to see if someone could pop round, within a day it was completed.The true measure of any firm is their aftercare services. These people very much deserve 5 stars and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Gary and the team did a fantastic job under extremely challenging conditions as a result of a flood. They communicated superbly every step of the way and did everything they could to minimise any further disruption. The final result looks fantastic, Marcus did amazingly well to repair everything. Cant recommend them enough!
This is the second project that the centre has completed for us and on both occasions the quality of the finished floor has been excellent. The quality of the workmanship is first class and nothing is too much in terms of helping us achieve the high quality finish that we were looking for. Simon went out of his way to solve problems and he was able to dovetail new flooring into older flooring with no noticeable difference between new and old. In every aspect an excellent job.
Fantastic service from the start. There is a huge variety of vinyl flooring to choose from but the staff listened to us and gave us great advice so we could make our choice. The fitter was brilliant, very professional and the floor looks superb. He also gave us some good aftercare advice so our floor will look good for years to come! Thank you
