Lots of good prices, pleased to see some Fairtrade products flagged up. Very busy but checkout operator friendly. Awkward at the till point if you have a bag rather than a trolley.
Well worth a visit, with good range of reasonably priced everyday groceries. There are very good value fruit and vegetables , they are fresh , good quality and there are often special offers. Frozen and chilled items are good value and theres a fair range to choose from. Free parking available and the bus stops right outside.
Always very long queues and never enough staff to open all the unmanned tills. On changeover days the middle of the store is like a jumble sale and difficult to move around due to crates and trolleys everywhere. Tidying things away to help customers is not a strong point of the staff in my opinion. Having said that, the food is really good and the prices are very good. Staff on the till have always been friendly and polite.
